Office Assistant / Driver Job in Kenya


A leading Human Resource Consulting Firm is searching for the ideal person to serve as the office assistant / messenger dealing with general office support and related areas.
 
Duties and responsibilities;
 

The person will be required to;
  • Delivery/Dispatch of mail to respective parties
  • Be responsible for buying office stationery
  • Deliver payment for VAT, NHIF, PAYE and NSSF on behalf of the firm.
  • Visit the post office regularly
  • General office maintenance
  • Ensure that the printer is serviced and always functioning
  • Follow up payment of office permits e.g. fire certificate, CCN certificate
  • General filing of office documents
  • Perform other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate should have;
  • At least 2 years experience
  • High level of integrity is a MUST
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili
  • Excellent time keeper
  • Be conversant with the city of Nairobi and its environs.
  • Have the ability to work with minimum or no supervision.
  • A certificate of good conduct.
  • A valid driving license
  • At least basic computer knowledge
  • Completed secondary school with at least a KCSE certificate.
