Job Purpose
Marketing the SBS MBA programs and achieving set class
targets.
Description:
- Sales:
Selling MBA programs and Meet specific laid out targets.
- Marketing:
Design/coordinate the tactical sales and marketing activities to ensure
the designated MBA program classes are filled.
- Admission
Process: Coordinate the receiving, processing and enrolment of
applications.
- Admission
Lists: Ensure achievement of the targeted class admissions.
- Admission
Data Process: Upload and maintain all records pertaining to applications.
- Admissions
Procedure: Has ownership of this procedure
- Responsible
for the Marketing and Admissions of designated SBS MBA programs.
- Recruitment
of MBA students and administration of the admission process.
- Act
as a link between companies/potential students and the Business School.
- Communicate
with prospective students throughout the year and responsible for all MBA
admission enquiries and processes.
- Responsible
for designated MBA admission enquiries and processes.
- Keeping
track of the admission records, Graduate Entrance examination, oral
interview forms etc.
- Giving
feedback to potential students on GEE results and way forward.
- Handing
over of recruited class lists to the respective MBA Program
Administrators.
- Coordinate
with the Examinations Administrator who carries out the GEE.
- Other
responsibilities that may be given to him/her by the Director
Requirements:
- University
Degree from a recognised University preferably in a business related area.
- Minimum
2-3 years working experience in a busy environment in a Sale and Marketing
role.
- Confident
and able to relate with executives, independent and resourceful.
- Organization
and time management skills of the highest order and ability to coordinate
with other departments.
- High
level of attention to detail.
- Excellent
oral and written communication skills.
- Ability
to take initiative adapts and responds to challenges and set priorities.
- Computer
literate- proficient in computing skills and use of email and internet
