Position:
Administration Officer
 
Summary of Position: 
Under general direction of management personnel, performs a wide variety of complex and responsible administration, technical, clerical and accounting duties.

Essential Functions:  

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Assist the Administration Manager in the effective performance of administrative responsibilities
  • Supervise and support all junior administration staff in their administration duties
  • Verify and control the effectiveness of administrative functions
  • Ensure effective and timely communication with staff
  • Oversee and report on adherence of hand book regulations as pertains student discipline and conduct.
  • Dispatch and Transport
  • Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment
  • Coordinate office purchases
  • Coordinate ceremonies, workshops and other events
  • Environment control
  • Organize staff and student outings
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education Background & Skill Requirements
To have completed at least two years at an accredited college or university plus three years administrative experience.
