Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Relationship
with local authorities, health community. Monitors the relations, build a
strong relationship to solve problems, to seize opportunities and to
strengthen the links with the company
- Relationship
with our shareholders. Monitors the relations, to build a strong
relationship to solve problems, to seize opportunities and to strengthen
the links with the company
- Relationship
with customers/partners, local teams and back up team. Monitors the
relations with customers, visit the buyers from key clients in order to
negotiate, solve problems, seize opportunities and strengthen the links
with the company
- High
understanding & appreciation to local culture as to be able to tailor
global vision to fit the territory.
- Create
an efficient, professional & aggressive work environment able to
deliver sales growth & results within specific time frame.
- Contribute
to the definition and implementation of the overall vision, mission and
strategies in Africa
- In
line with the overall strategies, define, together with the ESA team the
long-term (5 years) commercial strategy
- Translate
the agreed commercial strategy into concrete short-term (1/2 years)
operational plans and budgets
- Ensure
the right execution of the key activities including all processes
associated with the positioning and sale of products to our key channels
(follow up competition, …): Marketing, Medical, Retail, Emerging Channels,
Trade Marketing, Sales Planning and Category Management
- Ensure
an excellent communication with the other (directors of) departments, in
order to optimise the information flow and the decision making process and
in order to take advantage of possible synergies
- Optimize
on a continuous basis the key sales processes and the organizational
structure in order to maximize its effectiveness and efficiency
- P&L
responsibility in the country
- Manage
and develop team members
Education:
- Holder
of a Bachelor degree (Master is a plus) or equivalent in English system
from a reputable university.
Relevant Work Experience: At
least 5-10 years of managerial experience in a similar field.
