Our client, a reputable medium sized company is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for;

- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Organizing, maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with correspondence and writing letters
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Providing administrative support to the business.
- Projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Candidate Profile
- Degree/ diploma in a business related field.
- Self driven results-oriented person with outstanding communication skills.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding maturity and initiative.
- 2 years working experience in a similar role an added advantage.
