- Ability to run the production department to include tracking, timing and deadlines to ensure delivery.
- Managing product development & production process from initial design concept through to bulk product.
- Running seasonal development & production calendars – working closely with mills & commercial team to anticipate raw material pre-books & factory capacity reservation.
- Responsible for assisting management with the review of costing at all 3 stages (prototype, market sample & production)
- Updating all teams on product deliveries – weekly review of production tracking.
- Oversight of cutting, production, finishing and technical managers.
- Self motivated and entrepreneurial
- Polite and courteous
