We wish to recruit a highly Driven, Value-Aligned and experienced individual to fill the newly created position of Process Improvement Manager to be based in our Nairobi head Office.
Scope of the Role
The role is being created to identify and support improvement opportunities in internal operations to capture both growth and margin improvement opportunities using the appropriate tools e.g. TPM, etc with the extended Supply Chain.

- Proposing, evaluating and implementing any suitable capital investment proposals.
- Applying and driving continuous improvement continuous improvement across the SC using appropriate tools e.g. TPM, TQM, Kaizen.
- Prospect and scout for the best and most suitable Supply Chain Technologies and best practice.
- Ideas conversion into practical and beneficial solution within a manufacturing set up but involving entire extended Supply Chain.
- Matching skills and competencies to the task/project/team to derive the maximum results in a sustainable manner.

Qualifications
A Solid Engineering Degree from reputable university with post graduate Diploma in project management.
2 years experience work in FMCG doing project management or continuous improvement initiatives applying principles like TPM, Kaizen, 5S, etc would be an added advantage.
