The Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi invites applications from suitably qualified individuals for the following positions:
Dental Surgeon
The Dental Surgeon will carry out emergency dental procedures as well as attend to non-emergency procedures.
S/he will review patients and monitor patients’ progress on a regular basis and liaise with Consultants on handling specialized cases in the provision of patient dental health care.
Applicants must have a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with at least 3 years relevant practice including one year internship from a reputable institution.
S/he must be registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners’ and Dental Board.
Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator
The Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator will ensure Institutional compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act by facilitating various medical check ups, staff immunizations, management of workplace injuries, health and safety audits, management of the Staff Clinic and sick leave.
Applicants for the position should be a Registered Nurse; KRN/KRCHN with a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing as an added advantage. S/he should have a Diploma or knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety. S/he should be proficient in computers.
