Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and monitor all operations to ensure top performance (cooking, cleaning, service, marketing, regulations, etc).
  • Oversee and monitor inventory management to ensure accountability for food stuffs, kitchen equipment, serving ware, and cleaning tools.
  • Manage overall Cool Stream activities, including menu management and décor with Head Chef and Head Waiter.
  • Resolve customer complaints and implement necessary improvements.
  • Oversee performance management for all staff, including bi-weekly reviews, recommendations for hiring and firing.
  • Schedule work hours and payments for staff.
  • Oversee and document all purchases to ensure appropriate pricing and timely delivery.
  • Schedule necessary maintenance and repair.
  • Establish and track against financial targets to improve Cool Stream’s performance.
  • Report financial performance and driving factors to management committee.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, or other relevant field
  • Two years work experience at management level in the food service industry.
  • Recommendation from previous employer.
  • Strong management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing and quantitative skills.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Quickbooks
  • Certificate for food and beverage
  • Health vaccination
Terms of Employment

The successful candidate will be employed on a 1-year renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and allowances.
