Kenya Book Foundation (KBF) – Sales & Marketing Manager Job Vacancy

KBF has been in operation since 1983, distributing primary, secondary and tertiary books.
KBF has a vacancy for a Sales and Marketing Manager, based in Nairobi.
We are looking for a dynamic person able to lead the business to the next growth level and meet the new challenges of supplying books to the many universities and tertiary institutions.
Key Competencies
  • Reviewing and implementing company strategies, annual business plan and operational budgets
  • Ability to drive results through other people and achieving set targets
  • Organizing workshops, seminars and other network activities for the stakeholder as platform for networking and lobbying.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:

  • A University degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, with at least 10 years experience in FMCG or fast paced organization
  • Proven leadership, financial, IT skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • 5 years driving experience and ability to engage in travel on the job
