Project Coordinator-Business Processes: KickStart International Jobs in Kenya

The organization is recruiting for a qualified, enthusiastic Project Coordinator-Business Processes for a 9 months project. This person will be based in Nairobi, Kenya and will report to the Director, Business Improvement and Information Systems


The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Business Improvement and Information systems to analyze and support KickStart’s Business re-engineering process.


She/he will engage with various functional teams to review existing processes, design and document Recommended Business processes and co-ordinate with the ERP implementation team to facilitate the mapping of these into the system.

Principle Accountabilities
  • Co-ordinate business process requirements from various functions and teams
  • Rapid prototyping of business processes using applicable tools and software to enable fast decision making.
  • Support Business process mapping for KickStart’s ERP system implementation.
  • Documentation all Business process requirements and proposals
  • Liaise with ERP system implementers to facilitate business process mapping and knowledge transfer.
  • Liaise with ERP system implementation team (DBIIS and Consultants) to facilitate business process mapping and knowledge transfer.
  • Work closely with implementation team to develop Training contents, assist in training delivery and develop training manuals.
Required Skills and competencies
  • Experience in Project Management is mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong skills in MS Project and Microsoft Office Visio.
  • Good team player
  • Highly motivated and a self starter
