Looking
for a job in Nairobi? As a Real Estate Telesales Representative, you will play
a pivotal role in our real estate sales team by prospecting, qualifying leads,
and closing deals over the phone. You will be responsible for generating new
business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The
ideal candidate is driven, persuasive, and possesses excellent communication
skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential
clients generated from various sources such as marketing campaigns,
referrals, and lead databases.
- Identify potential real estate
opportunities by qualifying leads through effective questioning and
listening skills.
- Gather pertinent information about
clients’ needs, preferences, and financial situations.
- Client Engagement and Relationship
Management:
- Build rapport and establish trust with
clients through engaging and informative conversations.
- Educate clients about available
properties, market trends, and the buying/selling process.
- Provide personalized recommendations and
solutions to meet clients’ real estate needs.
- Sales and Deal Closing:
- Present property listings and guide
clients through the buying/selling process, addressing any concerns or
objections.
- Negotiate terms of sale, offers, and
contracts to facilitate successful transactions.
- Close deals by securing commitments from
clients and coordinating with relevant parties (developers, lawyers,
etc.).
- Database Management and Reporting:
1.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in the
CRM system.
2.
Generate regular reports on
sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline progress for management
review.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the real estate
industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and
persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part
of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time
management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales
tools.
- A degree and/or additional certification
or education in sales or real estate is a plus.
What we’re looking for
Someone
who can easily master the full portfolio we have at https://commercialpropertykenya.com/ and
be able to present the property information to clients via calls, text, and
WhatsApp and be able to convince those clients to come for site visits.
The
main KPI is how many site visits you can achieve daily, weekly, and monthly.
Someone who has worked as a Customer representative, call center, or sales
position can comfortably fit in this role.
