Our
Client is an Influencer-powered Social Commerce platform where Businesses
Market and Resell their products and services through social media influencers.
They
are looking to hire a Senior Business Developer who will be responsible for
identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships
with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities
· Identify
and target potential clients and business partners through market research and
industry networking
· Develop
and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy,
sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company to achieve
revenue targets
· Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
· Build
and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through regular
communication and follow-up to achieve long-term partnerships
· Identify
upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
· Negotiate
and close deals with clients and partners
· Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations
· Stay
up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing
Key
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Marketing, or any other related field.
· 5+
years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
· Professional
certification such as PMP will be an added advantage
· Strong
understanding of the influencer marketing industry and its evolving landscape
· Proven
track record of generating new B2B sales and driving revenue growth
· Excellent
communication and presentation skills
· Ability
to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth
· Strong
negotiation and closing skills
· Self-starter
with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently
· High
degree of integrity and professionalism
· Strong
attention to deadlines and budget guidelines
· High
degree of integrity and professionalism
· Proficiency
with project management tools is a plus
