Job Title: Call Center & Sales Personnel

We are a leading brand of Kitchen & Home Appliances company
based in Nairobi.
We seek to hire a self-motivated and efficient staff who will be
cross-skilled amongst different roles including but not limited to sales and
service.
Responsibilities
· Handling of inbound
calls, outbound calls, and WhatsApp enquiries
· Website online order processing
· Handle any issues or
discrepancies from customers regarding their orders
· Perform product details
updates on the website such as sale promotions, and uploading new products
· Occasional dealer
management
· Service centre upcountry
dispatch repairs coordination
· Any other duty as may be
assigned
· Please note this role
will include various duties including but not limited to the above
Key Qualifications &
Experience
· Business degree/diploma
or equivalent from a recognized institution
· Minimum of 1 year of
experience in the Kitchen & Home Appliances.
· Experience in an
e-commerce retail environment is an added advantage
· Call center/customer
service/front office experience
· Proficient with
Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Excellent communication
and organizational skills
