Manufacturing Customer Service/ Sales Administrator
Roles
and Responsibility:
- Communicating
courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face;
· Ensuring
all customer transactions are compliant with set regulations.
· Ensuring
that all major accounts work to agreed order to cash cycle.
· Following
up overdue invoices by phone, email and within agreed time scales.
- Taking
orders, following up on processing of customers’ orders, handling
customers’ complaints and preparing customer’s invoice.
· Liaising
with sales and accounts teams to resolve outstanding customer queries both
internally and externally.
· Providing
accurate advice on billing queries and providing ad hoc reports when required.
· Sending
out customer statements from time to time.
Minimum
Requirements:
- Diploma
in Business related studies.
- 3+
years’ experience in Customer service/ Sales Administration in the
manufacturing industry.
