CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT III, EC SCALE 5 (1 POST)
Responsibilities
The officer will work under Customer Care Assistant I and will be
required to:
- direct
and guide visitors; issue visitors’ passes;
- project
good corporate image and maintain good public relations in KNEC offices.
Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:-
- Kenya
Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade C or equivalent; and
- Certificate
in Front Office/Customer Care/ Telephone and Reception Procedures from a
recognized institution lasting not less than three months;
- Certificate
in computer applications;
- Fulfill
the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
