Role Description: Support staffs at Penda are the superstars who make our medical centres stand out in cleanliness which in turn makes everyone happy including our patients and team mates.
You will create a welcoming environment through good hygiene by keeping the clinic and the office sparkling clean at all times. You will also be part of growing patient numbers by organizing interactions with the community.
This position will expose you to many different departments therefore learning fast about many different departments.

What’s the job?
·         Keep the clinic and office completely clean at all times
·         Ensure sterile equipment and safe prevention of spreading infections and germs by following all the rules and practices.
·         Interact and organize events with the community that will bring customers to the clinic.
·         Offer great experience by being friendly to patients and playing with kids.
·         Inform managers of any repairs in the clinic.
·         Be a great team mate

Responsibilities
1. Offer amazing patient experience!
·         Treat patients with empathy and understanding
·         Listen to patients and make them feel heard

2. Manage a complex formulary
·         Own the implementation of excellent drug stock management practices
·         Lead the order process from start to finish.
·         Be the expert on stock management in the branch even outside the drug store. Teach others the best practices you know.

Requirements
·         Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology required (NOTE: must be registered with Pharmacy and Poison Board)
·         Minimum 1 year experience in health or community-related work
·         Ability to interact well with patients
·         Great team player with drive for results
·         General computer proficiency
Package
·         Starting base salary is dependent on experience and qualifications
·         Additional package for a superintendent
·         Ongoing salary is determined by performance and attitude
Hours: Our Medical Centres are open from 9:00 am-9:00 pm and you get at least 2 days off per week and one weekend off per month.
