Position: Sales Officer / Executive (Construction) – Coastal Regional
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager
Job Responsibility:
·         Achieve monthly volume and value target
·         Handle Architect, Contractor and QS business in the coastal Region
·         Interact with the client on regular basis to understand their requirements.
·         Monitor debt and ensure payment terms are respected
·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Contractors and QS via meetings/ personal visits, telephone
·         Candidate should provide professional and effective services to meet customer expectations
Successful Applicant:
·         University degree or Higher Diploma preferably in Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration or other relevant specialty.
·         Should have sales experience of 3-7 years.
·         Preferably from building material, chemicals or paints background.
·         Highly energetic, high integrity, confident, good communication & selling skills.
·         Team player with exceptional people management skills.


Position: Painter Trainer – Coastal Regional
Reporting To: Business Development Manager
Purpose: Responsible for Training of Painters, Counter staff, Carpenters, masons and Crown staff within a designated region.
Job Responsibility:
·         Training of painters, carpenters, dealers’ counter staff and Crown paints’ staff.
·         To meet the training targets set customer-wise
·         To plan, in coordination with the Area Sales Managers, the annual training Calendar.
·         To review the annual training on quarterly basis

·         To work with Area sales officers in identifying painters’ training in their respective areas.
·         To be custodian of all the painter training records.
·         To give feedback on any information received from painters about Crown Products and general competition.
·         To develop and review the Painters training curriculum.
·         To undertake any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Successful Applicant:
·         Bachelor of Education Degree / marketing / business management or related field.
·         Minimum of 2 years’ experience in teaching / business development
·         Experience in paint industry is highly recommended.
·         Good knowledge of English & Kiswahili languages is mandatory.
·         High negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
·         Analytical thinking and potential to grow.


Position: Sales Officer / Executive (Institutions) – Coastal Regional
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager
Job Responsibility:
·         Achieve monthly volume and value target
·         Handle institution business in coast Region
·         Interact with the client on regular basis to understand their requirements.
·         To ensure mapping of the potential market in terms of Institutions
·         Monitor institution debt and ensure payment terms are respected
·         Painter Training
·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key persons of the institutions via meetings/ personal visits, telephone
·         Candidate should provide professional and effective services to meet customer expectations
Successful Applicant:
·         University degree or Higher Diploma preferably in Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration or other relevant specialty.
·         Should have sales experience of 3-7 years.
·         Preferably from building material, chemicals or paints background.
