Sales Manager
Farmfix Africa Company Limited, a
fast growing agro-chemical Company, is seeking to employ a self-motivated
individual for the position of Technical sales manager to be in-charge of
cereal, small scale vegetables and retail business.
Responsibilities
·
Developing and implementing a
detailed sales strategy for the business to increase its market presence in the
short and long term.
·
Create, develop and manage a sales
and marketing team to enable achievement of the assigned duties and
responsibilities.
·
Ensure effective planning and timely
execution of sales and marketing activities in order to take full advantage of
seasonality.
Qualifications
·
Should have a diploma / degree in
Agriculture / horticulture or related study from a recognized institution.
·
Should have 5 years’ experience in
selling to cereal farms and or to agrochemical retail business and with proven
track record of introducing new products into the market and developing them to
maturity.
·
Must have a high level of integrity

Farmfix Africa Company Limited, a
fast growing agro-chemical Company, is seeking to employ a self-motivated
individual for the position of Technical sales manager to be in-charge of
cereal, small scale vegetables and retail business.
Responsibilities
·
Will be responsible for sales and
marketing to small scale vegetable farms and agrochemical retail shops
·
Should have 1-2 years’ experience in
the agro-chemical sales or working in a farm
·
Should have a diploma/degree in
agriculture / horticulture. Certificate holders with a longer period of
experience will be considered.
·
Should possess a motorcycle driving
license
·
Must have a high level of integrity
