Our client, an engineering
company that is mainly involved in power lines construction, substations design
and construction, generators and switchgear installations, solar systems and
power systems for transmission is seeking to recruit a HR and
Administrative Officer
Location: Nairobi
Duties and Responsibilities
- Arrange for
staff leave roaster in consultation with line managers
- Arrange for
staff trainings
- Ensure
compliance of labor laws
- Manage staff
medical programs.
- Manage
disciplinary committee of the company
- Arrange for
staff travel and logistics.
- Management of
company pool cars.
- Maintain Company
filling systems
- Ensure offices
are in good working condition.
- Attend
meetings whenever required
Qualification and Experience
- At least 2
years’ experience in similar position.
- A diploma in
Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. ICT is an added
advantage.
- Registered
with IHRM
- A keen eye to
details and be a self-starter.
