Kindergarten Teacher positions for our client.
·
Planning, delivery and evaluation of
the schemes of work and lesson plans according to the Montessori curriculum ;
·
Coordinating the activities of the
class ;
·
Planning and coordinating field trip
activities as well as evaluating learning;
·
Work in collaboration with other
Kindergarten staff;
·
Teaching, guiding, caring for the
Kindergarten children;
·
Ensuring resource needs are
identified, ordered for and used properly and with accountability;
·
Keep abreast with new developments in
teaching methods, resources, policies, customer dynamics, needs and
expectations;
·
Maintaining acceptable discipline
among the children;
Qualifications and Experience
·
Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Early
Childhood,
·
Diploma in Montessori is a MUST
·
Excellent understanding of early
childhood
·
Effectual team player with good
conflict resolution skills
·
Excellent communication and
Organization skills
·
Diplomacy and ability to maintain
cordial relations with parents
·
High level of confidentiality with
basic first aid skills
·
Clear understanding of the teacher’s
role in customer service and marketing of the School
