employ qualified and experienced individuals in the positions of Regional
Managers.

Limited is a non deposit taking MFI that replicates the ASA model of
Microfinance in Kenya.
ASA
Kenya launched operations in August 2013 and currently has 37 branches with
more than 28.000 borrowers.
This is a senior role whose purpose is to assist ASA Kenya in driving business growth (New regions) through effective training of local staff on ASA model of Microfinance, monitoring and supervision of regional business in Mombasa, Nyeri, Kisumu and Eldoret:
- Bachelors
degree from a recognized University.
- 6-10
years solid work experience management of microfinance operations. 3 of
which should be in ASA model of microfinance.
- Good
presentation skills and interpersonal skills
- Keen
attention to detail
