client in the hotel industry is looking for qualified candidates to fill the
following positions
Position: General Manager - Safari Lodge
The
incumbent will be responsible for:
- Management
of day to day operations of the lodge
- Achieving
guest satisfaction
- Setting
standards for HODS
- Prepare
budgets and carry out reviews
- Achieve
agreed P&L targets
- Assist
marketing department in developing strategies
- Improve
operational efficiency, Cost reduction,
- Bring
innovations to assist in achieving guest delight.
Qualifications
- Graduate
in Hotel Management (Must)
- Minimum
15 years of similar experience, out of which five should be as head of the
hotel.
Position: Head of Sales and Marketing
The
incumbent will be responsible for:
- Preparation
of sales budgets
- Preparation
of sales targets and achieving them.
- Travelling
locally to promote hotels/ lodges to travel agents, and corporate clients
- Managing
and loading inventory and rates for all properties in the GDS via the CRS
- Manage
and load inventory on all OTA’s and extranets, on CRS or individually
- Manage
consortia rates and relationships via the GDs through the CRS and offline
- Prepare
and analyze weekly productivity sales reports to present to management,
- Source
new tour operators, represent hotels/ Lodges at road shows/ trade shows
and various events
- Arranging
advertising by print, online and other media
Qualifications
- Relevant
degree. With additional qualifications in Sales Management.
- Minimum
10-15 years experience in similar position in selling Hotels/ Lodge products
out of which 5 years as head of sales in Hospitality Industry
