1. UX Architect (One)
- 3+ years of UX design experience.
- BS in computer science or an equivalent
degree.
- Strong conceptualization ability and strong
visual communication ability.
- Experience designing web and mobile solutions
for ecommerce platforms.
- Gather and document functional requirements
for upcoming web and mobile releases.
- Analyze business needs and produce detailed
wireframes that meet strategic objectives.
- Optimize information architecture to promote usability,
while accommodating technical needs / constraints
- Develop user flows and personas to facilitate
feature design process.
- Oversee all user facing text to synthesize
tone, language, and messaging
- Craft internal and external communications
around upcoming features, including release notes, user manuals and
feature descriptions.
- Exceptional design skills, production value
and attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and wireframing tools.
- Extensive experience with user interface
design patterns and standard UCD methodologies across multiple platforms.
- Have a keen grasp of human/computer
interaction and psychology.
- Understand the impact technologies such as
XML, HTML, and CSS have on user experience.
- Create and maintain UX guidelines, standards,
and development processes for user-centric products.
- High energy level, enthusiastic, and eager to
do what is necessary to be successful.
- Highly creative and inquisitive; able to
multitask effectively.
- Clear leadership skills.
2. Senior Front End Developer (One)
- BS in computer science or an equivalent
degree.
- 4+ years’ experience engineering
object-oriented, JavaScript-based behavioral layers for web applications,
that work on a variety of browsers and devices.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your
design and thinking skills.
- Exceptional experience with an MVC framework
(Laravel preferred).
- Excellent HTML 4, HTML 5, XHTML, CSS and CSS3
programming skills.
- Understanding of server-side CSS
pre-processing platforms, such as Sass/Less, Grunt etc.
- Proficient understanding of client-side
scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
- Good understanding of code versioning systems
such as Git/Mercurial/SVN.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and
scalability.
- Implement coding best practices and maintain
good code organization.
- Participate in the full software development
life cycle (SDLC).
- Assist in defining software architectures by
collaborating with leads to explore existing systems, determine areas of
complexity and potential risks to successful implementation.
- Own success – Take responsibility for
successful delivery of the solutions.
- Be passionate about learning new skills and
helping others to develop.
3. Front End Developers (Mobile &
Web) (Six)
- BS in computer science or an equivalent
degree.
- 2+ years working experience.
- Create/Implement design prototypes, site
navigation, and layout of content.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your
design and thinking skills.
- Developing pleasurable human interface
experiences using design thinking.
- Must have advanced knowledge of CMS systems.
- Exceptional experience with an MVC framework
(Laravel preferred).
- Excellent HTML 4, HTML 5, XHTML, CSS and CSS3
programming skills.
- Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing
platforms, such as Sass/Less, Grunt etc.
- Proficient understanding of client-side
scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request
handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
- Good understanding of code versioning systems
such as Git/Mercurial/SVN.
- Good understanding of basic SEO principles.
- Experience with AngularJS / BackboneJS /
ReactJS etc.
- Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate
experience with cross-browser and cross-platform/device issues.
4. Back End Developer (One)
- BS in computer science or an equivalent
degree.
- Hands on experience with Payment platforms and
ability to use API's.
- Exceptional experience with an MVC framework
(Laravel preferred).
- Understands and uses / has used test driven
development.
- Experience with Nginx, Ubuntu, BitBucket / Git
version control and deployment framework like AWS.
- Strong concepts in object oriented
programming, design patterns, data structures, scalability/performance
security protocols.
- Relational database design experience.
- 2+ years of backend web development
experience.
- 2+ years developing in Java.
- Knowledge of web service technologies: RESTful
APIs, XML, SOAP, JSON.
- Strength in SQL. Familiarity with concepts
like joins, keys and optimizations.
- Courage to dig-in and refactor other people’s
code and explore new technology.
- A Github, Quora, or StackOverflow account that
demonstrates what you love.
