Job Title: IT & Admin Officer

Our client is a vehicle manufacturing
company based in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizing, maintaining and managing diaries,
calendars, bookings, appointments and meetings for the company
- Liaising with various departments, suppliers
and clients and relaying essential information
- Data management and updating of personnel and
company related records
- Assist in the preparation of reports, letters
and presentations
- Responding to customer queries
- managing correspondence and dispatch both
internal and externally
- Liaising with various service providers
- Sets up and arranges meetings, facilities and
accommodations as required
- Maintaining files, materials, information,
schedules and related data
- Maintains office hygiene
- Support staff on admin and operational issues
- Provide IT related support e.g. end user
support and Hardware support
- Assist in the acquisition of specific computer
hardware and software, as well as coordinate its introduction into the
office, and manage its maintenance
- Assist to maintain and to manage ICT
infrastructure systems
- Regularly review and evaluate office and users
equipment and recommend replacement
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in a similar
position
- Diploma in business Administration or other
relevant field
- Team player
- Self driven
- An organized approach and excellent time
management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Computer literacy and good typing skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
