We seek to recruit dynamic and
results oriented individuals to fill the positions of Station Supervisors in our selected retail service stations across the
country.
The position manages smooth operations at the station to maximize sales and
customer satisfaction.Key summary responsibilities include:-
- Maintain proper and accurate stock records to
avoid loses.
- Receive product and ascertain quality and
quantity.
- Ensure steady business growth to meet set
targets.
- Survey and advice on competitor prices.
- Ensure reliability to our customers.
- Ensure proper discipline and staff morale for
better services to the customers.
- Manage cash handling at the station.
- Uphold HSE policies and ensure they are
adhered to.
- Ensure compliance to statutory requirements.
- Handle and document customer complaints and
resolve them promptly.
Knowledge, skills & experience
requirements:-
- Post-secondary school qualifications.
- Accounting qualifications will be an added
advantage.
- 3 years’ of relevant experience. 2 years in
retail management in the oil industry is a MUST.
- Must demonstrate to have had hands on
experience in station growth.
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication
Skills, Presentable, Assertive.
- Self-driven, Team Leader / Player, Results
Oriented, Integrity, Problem Solving, Continuous Learner.
