Established in 2006, we avail our
services through the administration of career assessments, training of teachers
and holiday based programs.
Position Function: This is a part time position where the successful trainers will be invited to train based on the needs of the company.
As a member of the training team, you
will be required to deliver high quality training as well as offer advice and
support to the management team in devising training solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Participate in the development/review of
course material and design.
- Train a variety of programs such as workshops,
courses, or small group facilitation.
- As a member of the training team, develop and
implement training feedback tool.
- Review and analyze client feedback with a view
to continuously improving.
- Ensure the company provides high quality
training services so as to gain competitive advantage in the industry
- Stay current on market trends and regularly
update the company training manuals and materials to reflect the same
- Generate regular management reports/feedback
on trainings offered including pertinent details that will aide decision
making.
Academic / Professsional
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Education or related
degree
- Relevant qualifications in Guidance and
Counseling will be an added advantage
- At least 2-3 year experience as a Career
Guidance teacher
- At least 2-3 years experience of Training with
a proven track record of the same
- Previous experience of training delivery and
designing materials are beneficial
- Proven and demonstrable understanding of adult
learning styles
- Superior facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
skills, delivered with enthusiasm and impact
- Motivated to develop real excellence in
delivering quality training
- The ability to work in a small highly
motivated team in a collaborative way to share research, information,
skills and insights with colleagues
- Computer literate in MS Office Suite
especially MS PowerPoint and MS Word
