Job Title: Hostess / Host

 
Reporting To: Manager / Supervisor

Job Description: The host / hostess is responsible for welcoming customers into the restaurant, showing them to their table and giving them a menu. 
 

She/he is also responsible for taking and managing reservations. 

Ensuring she/he upholds the image of the Company at all times.
