Ladder Consulting is looking for sharp ICT administrators with a ‘can do’ attitude to help take the firm to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and training clients on Business
Intelligence Software
- Analyze client systems requirements
- Maintaining and updating the company websites
- Maintaining office equipments and providing
support
- Preparation of clients presentations by
designing new computer programs, constructing workflow charts and diagrams
- Monitoring project progress by tracking
activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports; recommending
actions.
- Maintaining system protocols by writing and
updating procedures
- Any other duties as required
Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in ICT related disciplines
- At least a year’s experience in ICT related
field
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing with a ‘can do attitude”
- Sharp with strong problem solving skills
- Fast learner, well rounded individual
- Experience with business intelligence software
will be an added advantage
This position involves travelling and
up to a year’s relocation to different counties.
