Ladder Consulting is looking for sharp ICT administrators with a ‘can do’ attitude to help take the firm to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing and training clients on Business Intelligence Software
  • Analyze client systems requirements
  • Maintaining and updating the company websites
  • Maintaining office equipments and providing support
  • Preparation of clients presentations by designing new computer programs, constructing workflow charts and diagrams
  • Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
  • Maintaining system protocols by writing and updating procedures
  • Any other duties as required
Skills / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in ICT related disciplines
  • At least a year’s experience in ICT related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing with a ‘can do attitude”
  • Sharp with strong problem solving skills
  • Fast learner, well rounded individual
  • Experience with business intelligence software will be an added advantage
This position involves travelling and up to a year’s relocation to different counties.
