Front Office Administrator Job in Kenya

Position: Front Office Administrator
 
Reporting To: Executive Assistant
 
Overall Job Purpose: The office administrator ensures smooth office operations by managing office logistics, phone calls and guest relations.
 

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Receive and make calls for the company
  • Schedule office errands as per business needs
  • Follow through on the office errands schedule
  • Company Vehicle maintenance: Cleaning, servicing, correspondence with garages
  • Inform security of expected visitors
  • Receive visitors and direct them accordingly
  • Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness
  • Book the board rooms for the team
Key Performance Indicators
  • Efficiently managed office logistics
  • Well managed boardroom bookings
  • High satisfaction from staff on office support given
  • Few complaints from company visitors/guests.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Administration
  • Competence in information technology
  • Experience in front office management
Disposition
  • Well mannered person with very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Approachable and presentable
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the Executive
