Furaha
Community Foundation is a non - profit, non - governmental organization
operating in Huruma, Nairobi.
We invite interns /
volunteers in the following fields:
- Project monitoring and evaluation
- Social work /Community Development
- Communications / media
- Accounts
- IT
They should
be fresh graduates (Degree or Diploma holder) or those in their final year of
college/university.
The ideal
candidates must be willing to undergo unpaid internship for periods between 3
to 6 months with at least six hours each day.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an engaging personality
- Be diligent and efficient and possess self initiative
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team as well as computer literate
- Have a passion to serve vulnerable slum communities
