Vacancy: Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the CEO’s activities including management and Board engagements
  • Prepare briefs for the CEO before meetings
  • Monitor and manage commitments by and to the CEO
  • Proactively manage the CEO’s diary, prioritizing appointments, travel arrangements and events (with the help of the Assistant to the CEO’s Office).
  • Arrange, attend and minute Team Meetings, following through on actions on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
  • Ensure all relevant documents for the days’ meetings and actions are prepared on time and that the CEO is fully briefed for all meetings and events.
  • Manage the CEO’s Outlook inbox and action correspondence (including mail) responding directly on straightforward matters.
  • Furnish and obtain information from Senior leadership team, being the central point of contact for correspondence with the CEO
  • Undertake research activities to prepare reports, briefing papers and produce 1st draft presentations on a variety of formats including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ranging from board papers, reports, presentations and letters

Qualifications
  • Two (2) years minimum work experience
  • University degree in a relevant subject in Commerce/Business Administration
  • Professional business training
  • Passionate with a great attitude
  • Possess top-level interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Candidates with age between 30-45
