Mpesa Teller Job in Kenya

A well established firm that offers MPESA and Agency Banking Services is in need of an Mpesa Teller.

Reporting to the Accountant - Mpesa, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing Mpesa services and Agent Banking Services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers to withdraw/deposit money into their Mpesa accounts.
  • Assist customers to withdraw/deposit money into their Bank accounts.
  • General administration
  • Daily Reporting as per company policy
  • Any other duty as delegated.

Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
  • Computer skills are a must.
  • Two years experience in Agency Banking/ offering Mpesa Services.
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business (Accounts/ Finance) is an added advantage
  • At least 3 years experience with working knowledge of Accounts Receivables
  • Good knowledge of accounting packages that is Sage, Pastel & Quick Books will be an added advantage
  • High level of integrity
