Our client,
a stable and growing investment company with interest in hospitality,
manufacturing and agricultural sectors is looking for Finance Managers for 4 of its
establishments.
4 Positions
The role of
the Finance Manager is to among other things:
- Providing and interprete financial information;
- Monitoring cash flows and predicting future trends;
- Analyzing change and advising accordingly;
- Formulating strategic and long-term financial plans;
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk;
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
- Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
- Managing budgets;
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
The Person
The
successful candidate is a self motivated individual who uphold professional
values, integrity, is innovative, and one who can work well in a team.
In
addition, the person should possess a degree in finance/accounts and should be
an ACCA or CPA(K) with 5 years experience in a similar position or with 7 years
as a Chief Accountant.
