Accounts Assistant (2)

Responsibilities
  • Purchase and Sales ledger
  • Bank posting and reconciliations
  • Handling suppliers
  • Credit Control – letters, telephone calls, e-mails, dealing with call in enquiries 
  • VAT returns
  • Adhoc administration duties

Qualifications: -
  • A Bachelor`s degree in a finance related field.
  • Minimum CPA Part II
  • Knowledge of accounting applications – QuickBooks is a must.
  • Minimum working experience of between 3-6 years in a busy organization
