Society Limited invites applications for the post of Microcredit Manager.
The Sacco
is looking for a dynamic, experienced and result oriented person to manage the
Microcredit Activity.
- Must have a degree in Business Management, commerce, finance, accounting, co-operatives, economics and CPA (K).
- Diploma in Microfinance will be an added advantage.
- Must demonstrate in-depth understanding of Micro finance business
- Have a consistent performance tract record.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and presentation skills.
- Must have demonstrated excellent leadership skills.
- Must be a strong team player, ability to work with others and independently with minimal supervision.
- Must demonstrate initiative, creativity and independent judgement.
- Must be aggressive, self driven and results oriented individual who is ready to take challenges and achieve specific targets within timelines.
- Must demonstrate proficiency with computer packages and other relevant applications, eg Windows 7/8/xp, Ms Office suite and internet.
- Have at least five years experience in management.
- Be above thirty Five (35) years of age.
