Marketing and Customer Care Officer Job in Kenya

National Housing Corporation (NHC) is a statutory body constituted under the Housing Act Cap 117 Laws of Kenya and is the principle agency for housing implementation in the country.

The Corporation wishes to recruit the following vacant positions and Invites applications from eligible Kenyan citizens:

Marketing and Customer Care Officer

Ref: NHC/MCCO/12/2013

This position oversees the formulation of marketing strategies and tactical execution plans including selection of market segments, pricing, promotional activities and advertising of Corporation houses and services

The officer will be responsible for managing of the Corporation’s front office customer service desk as well as undertaking market research activities among other duties.

Job Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Commerce degree ( Marketing ) from a recognised University or equivalent
  • A Post graduate Diploma in Marketing, Customer Care or equivalent
  • Possess at least six (6) years experience in marketing and for customer care
  • Computer Literate

The positions of General Managers will be on a three (3) year renewable contract term

The rest will be on permanent and pensionable basis

Successful candidates will be subject to performance contracting.
