Loans Officers
Responsibilities
- Assist in achievement of monthly disbursement targets
- Work in pairs with collection officers
- Support and maintain an excellent work environment to achieve demanding targets
- Deliver first rate customer service
- Build excellent relationships with customer-partners and opinion leaders in catchment area
- Assist in accurate and timely reporting of Management Information and market feedback to report on customer preferences, trends and market opportunities
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Education background in sales/Marketing
- Experience in a financial institution and dealing with customers at the bottom of the pyramid will be an added advantage
Branch Collection Officers
Responsibilities
- Contact debtors to receive payment
- Follow up on defaulters to recover payments
- Carry out customer education and maintain relationships
- Maintain exhaustive and accurate Debt Management Forms
- Delivery of first class customer service
- Renegotiate payment schedules or obtain funds from relatives via responsible relative or other means
- Spoof calling
- Forward defaulter files to HQ collectors on appropriate date
- Issue demand letters to defaulting customers
- Fulfil set collection targets as defined by HQ and Branch Managers
- Assist in accurate and timely reports to management on branch operations and competitor intelligence
Requirements
- 1-2 years of collections experience
- A good level of general education- Diploma or degree
- Computer literacy
- Previous experience in retail or financial services will be an added advantage
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Swahili
Customer Relationship
Officers
Responsibilities
- Manage customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities.
- Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service
- Acknowledging customers promptly and treating them in a courteous manner.
- Providing clear, accurate and relevant information to the customers
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of products of the company
- Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre-requirements.
- Sales activity planning, including reviewing existing customer files to identify sales opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in handling customers
- A good level of general education- Diploma or degree
- Computer literacy
- Data entry skills
- Previous experience in retail or financial services will be an added advantage
- Fluent in English and Swahili (written and verbal)
