Telephone Operator Job in Kenya

Telephone Operator
  • Answering and directing phone calls to the respective recipients.
  • Responding to general enquiries.
  • Responding to specific product related enquiries
  • Professionally managing internal phone transfers.
  • Carrying out other related tasks as might be required from time to time.

Required Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in communication or customer care related field.
  • At least 3 years experience working as a telephone operator, call centre agent or telesales.
  • Full knowledge on how to operate a PABX, computers and other office machines such as printers, scanners, fax, copier etc
  • Be articulate with good language command.
  • Professional and highly motivated
  • Good communication skills
  • Be goal oriented
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision or with a team
  • Ability to adopt quickly to meet the needs of the business.
