Duties and responsibilities:

·                     Preparation of daily journals and accounting transactions

·                     Preparation of monthly reports (Cash flow statement, income, expenditure and returns)

·                     Review of and accounting for procurement transactions to ensure adequate supporting documentation, accuracy of amount and control over payments.

·                     Analysis of actual to budget to identify problems in accounting and compliance.

·                     Preparation of statements

·                     Monthly bank reconciliation report

·                     Monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliation on a timely basis

·                     Any other duty that may be given from time to time

·                     Preparation and remittance of statutory deductions to the various authorities on timely basis

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

·                     Either a CPA (All Sections) or Bachelor’s Degree option with at least five years’ experience in a reputable organization.

·                     Must have good knowledge of Excel.

·                     Must be able to work independently without supervision

·                     Skills/Personal Attributes:

·                     Must be mature, Age: 30 - 35 years

·                     Computer literacy Microsoft office a must
