SALES EXECUTIVE JOB SUMMARY
To develop profitable sales growth in Hotels, Restaurants, Cafeterias and Institutions, within Nairobi region. The Horeca Executive is responsible for prospect development, customer satisfaction and closing new business
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers.
• Develop sales strategies and execute account plans in support of goals/objectives.
• Identify and develop new markets within the hotel industry for all products in designated
area
• Maintain the distribution strategy and structure
• Identify customer needs, product opportunities and product gaps in support of new,
profitable business gains.

• Gather market intelligence and study competitive activities from time to time
• Provide daily brief to Head of Sales & Marketing on sales status
• Prepare weekly itinerary and share with Head of Sales & Marketing
• Prepares weekly, monthly and other reports.
Qualification
Degree in Business management or in any related field.
Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
Experience
• 2 – 3 years practical experience in a similar position
• Experience in FMCG desirable.
