Qualifications
- University degree holder in HR Management or equivalent
- 3 + years working experience
- 30 years and above
- Experience in training and development an advantage
- Performance management and procurement knowledge a must
- Experience in CBA negotiations an added advantage
- Administrative skills will be required
- Computer literate excellent oral/written communication skills
- Knowledge of staff attendance records/reporting required
- State current and expected salary
Functions to Perform
- Support in developing HR policies, procedures for employment, recruitment and compensation
- Provide leadership to ensure HR programs are successfully delivered
- Discipline, staff development
- Perform quarterly/annual performance appraisals of staff
- Provide ongoing payroll and information systems
- Design, implement and maintain an approved employment plan
- Staff motivation
- Provide and implement training programs to fit needs of existing staff
- Any other administrative duties as may be delegated.
