Position: Sales Manager – Electrical & Hardware Products

Job Profile:
· Provide leadership in planning and translating the sales and marketing strategies for growth in line with the company’s strategic plans/performance targets.
· Analyse and evaluate sales coverage, market size, competitors’ share and products preferences and spear head products development.
· Formulate and execute promotional strategies viz; exhibitions, sales campaigns, etc.
· Producing, analyzing and maintaining all operational and strategic cost benefit analysis and documentations as may be required by the mgt
· Achieving overall sales performance indicators viz; targets, collection volumes and profits
· Establishing and maintaining good customer relations and customer care mgt systems
· Set up and constantly review sales, credit and collection policy.
Personal Profile:
· Age: Approximately 30 yrs, a University graduate and MBA with Marketing as a major
· 5/7 years of related working experience and a proven track record of working in a similar capacity and a passion to excel
· Highly energetic & prepared to travel frequently
· Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
· A good leader, a good communicator and self motivated
· Computer literacy essential
