Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) invites proposals from interested and eligible local professional firms to express their interest in supply, training and implementation of Balanced Score Card software.
Interested eligible firms may obtain further information from, and inspect the guidelines for expression of interest at the Procurement Office, KWS Headquarters, Lang’ata Road, Tel.6000800 Fax: 6003792 during normal working hours.
Guidelines for expression of interest may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee Ksh 3,000.00, at the cash office situated at KWS HQS, payable in cash or bankers cheque to the Director – KWS.
Short listed firms will be required to submit detailed technical and financial proposals in accordance with the solicitation document that will be provided.
Firms that have previously been involved in designing the KWS 2008-2012 strategic plan or its implementation are not eligible to apply. Tenderers shall provide the qualification information statement that the tenderer (including all members of a joint venture and subcontractors) is not associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Procuring entity to provide consulting services, for the preparation, design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of goods

Proposals clearly marked “KWS/EOI/BSC/81/2010-2011: Expression of Interest: Supply, Implementation of and Training on Balanced Scorecard Software” must be addressed to “The Director, Kenya Wildlife Service, P.O. Box 40241 – 00100 Nairobi” and be deposited in the Tender Box on or before 12 noon on 27th April, 2011.
Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at KWS Board Room.
