A new mineral water bottling company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to actualize the company vision. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth to achieve company set objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives.
- Prepares action plans for effective sales leads and prospects.
- Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Coordinate sales teams to ensure business targets are achieved.
Candidate Profile
- The ideal candidate should have prior Sales and Marketing experience in a mineral water bolting company and be looking for a management responsibility.
- Sales and Marketing Diploma/Degree from a reputable institution.
- At least (3) years sales experience in a mineral water related company.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Candidates with clean driving license and at least 4 years driving experience will have an added advantage.
