Our client is a market leader in the production of very fast moving products in the FMCG sector. Based just outside Nairobi, the Company wishes to recruit three Production Supervisors.
Responsibilities
The job holders will be responsible for:
* Shift Planning & organization.
* Resource utilization and reconciliation.
* Management of quality management system.
* Staff management and discipline.

Ideal candidates should:
* Possess a degree in Food science and dairy technology or be Diploma holders.
* Have good interpersonal skills.
* Have strong supervisory skills.
* Have at least 3 years experience in a food manufacturing setup.
* Be computer Literate.
* Knowledge of Syspo ERP will be an added advantage.
* Have the ability to foster team spirit and team work.* Possess a degree in Food science and dairy technology or be Diploma holders.
* Have good interpersonal skills.
* Have strong supervisory skills.
* Have at least 3 years experience in a food manufacturing setup.
* Be computer Literate.
* Knowledge of Syspo ERP will be an added advantage.
* Have excellent IT skills, in particular Word, Excel, email.
* Have good people management and communication skills.
* Be highly organized and self-motivated.
* Possess the ability to work under high pressure and to prioritize tasks.
