- Should be above 25 years
- Must be computer literate
- Typing speed of at least 60wpm
- Must be very accurate
- Must have at least 1 year continuous experience in data entry
- Must be willing to work extra hours if need be to achieve daily target
- Work under minimum supervision
- Must be a team player
