1. Field Agronomists
3 Positions
Education:Certificate/Diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture.
Experience: 2 years minimum in a similar environment.
Responsibilities

Experience: 2 years minimum in a similar environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and leadership in the growing of Sno/Snap/garden peas, fine and runner beans.
- Understand and articulate fresh export market requirements such as Eurepgap, IPM, ICM, safe use of agrochemicals to farmers.
2. Technical Assistants
3 Positions
Education: Degree/Diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture. In addition have Eurepgap, IPM, ICM, safe use of agrochemicals Certificates.
Experience: 2 years minimum as a Technical Assistant. Auditing Experience is a definite advantage.
3. Procurement Assistant
1 Position
Education: Certificate/Diploma in Purchasing and Supply
Experience: At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: Liaise with user departments on requirements preparation
of LPO’s, Analyze quotations, following up of delivery of orders.
Personal attributes: All the above calls for people with good interpersonal and communication skills, self driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
