Summary:
Optimise Outsourcing Ltd is looking for an outgoing and dynamic
Sales Representatives. As an Insurance Sales Agent your primary responsibility
is to drive company’s sales by identifying and securing new clients while
maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This involves a deep
understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively convey their
benefits during sales presentations and negotiations. You will also play a
crucial role in gathering customer feedback for product improvement and reporting
sales activities and outcomes to management, making you a key link between the
market’s needs and the company’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion:
Proactively reach out to outbound leads through various communication
channels (phone, email, social media) to nurture relationships, understand
their needs, and convert them into paying customers.
- Inbound Sales:
Respond promptly and effectively to inbound inquiries and leads, providing
product information, addressing customer questions, and guiding prospects
through the sales process.
- Product
Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to
effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions
to potential customers.
- Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the Sales Team Manager to develop and execute sales
strategies, including identifying target markets, customer segments, and
competitive positioning.
- Customer
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
relationships by ensuring exceptional service and addressing customer
concerns or issues promptly.
- Sales Metrics:
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as conversion
rates, revenue targets, and customer acquisition goals.
- Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market
dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Sales
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities,
including customer interactions, sales calls, and progress updates in the
CRM system.
- Sales Support:
Collaborate with the Accounts, Marketing and Customer Service teams to
ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale
support.
- Feedback Loop:
Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to inform product
development and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
and Skills:
- Minimum of a
diploma in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Business Administration,
or related field.
- At least two (2)
years proven experience in outbound and inbound sales, preferably in
retail.
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent
negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work
independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in
CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated
with a results-driven attitude.
- Adaptability to
a fast-paced environment.

management and organisational abilities.
