Thamani Sacco Ltd is a licensed deposit-taking Sacco located within Tharaka Nithi County. The Sacco is seeking to hire a skilled professional for the position of Human Resource Manager on a renewable contract basis. The position is based at our Head Office in Chuka Town.
Minimum Qualification Skills And Experience
- Applicant must be a holder of KCSE mean
grade C and above.
- Must be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree
in human resource management from a recognized university.
- Must be a certified human resource
practitioner and an active member of IHRM.
- Must be a computer literate.
- Have demonstrated a high level of
leadership and management capability
- Must have excellent communication skills
and good interpersonal relationships.
- Must be a team player
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in
a similar position.
- Must be between 30-40 years of age.
